Today, we are making Roasted Peaches and Yogurt Parfait. Why Roasted Peaches? I like the taste better. It is up to you to roast them or not.
Ingredients:
1.Peaches
2. Yoghurt (Add one tbsp sugar if you like it sweet)
3. Granola
4. Honey/dates
5. Pistachios

Procedure:
#Step 1. Sprinkle some brown sugar and roast them in the oven for 5 minutes.
#Step 2. You can crush some dates in a chopper to add it to your yoghurt for natural sweetness. You can choose to use honey, maple syrup instead of dates.
#Step 3. Layer with yoghurt and fruit alternately.
#Step 4. Top it with granola and roasted pistachios.

Which more fruits can I use to make the Fruit Yogurt Parfait?
- Berries
- Apple and Cinnamon
- Mango
- Kiwi
Can you add granola from before?
I would not recommend that. The granola will become soggy. Add it before eating it. If you are layering it before eating it, you can add granola in different layers.
Can you use frozen berries?
Fresh is always healthier and better. But if you like more sugar to your parfait, go ahead and use frozen berries. It turns more into flavoured yoghurt parfait and tastes great.
Make batches and store them for 2 to 3 days without adding granola.
This recipe is totally customizable according to your taste. I add dates and sugar to my yoghurt. I like it a bit sweet. If you prefer greek yoghurt then use that. If you like to add almonds instead of pistachios you can do that as well. Whatever suits your taste buds.
Roasted Peach and Yogurt Parfait can be eaten for breakfast, snack or dessert. With a recipe so simple and delish it definitely needs to be on your breakfast table soon.
